Electric Vibrators have direct current motors.

June 3, 2003 - With centrifugal force of 0.98–1.89 kN, MVCC-S02 Series 12/24 V direct current electric vibrators are suited for use in places where mains electricity is not available. Electric motor design incorporates permanent magnet poles and oversized electrical parts. Supplied with 2.5 m of power flex, unit has IP 66 mechanical protection due to metal core hitch and O-Ring seals in all exposed covers in addition to electrostatic surface coating and stove polymerizing treatment.

New MVCC-S02 Series Electric Vibrators

High performances with direct current.

The new MVCC-S02 series 12/24 Volt direct current electric vibrators (Centrifugal force: 0,98 - 1,89 kN) have been designed for use in places where mains electricity is not available, and are particularly suitable for hoppers, silos and grilles on self-propelled vehicles (truck mixers, concrete pumps, plaster sprayers, salt sprinklers, gravel spreaders, fertilizer spreaders, truck-mounted silos, sweepers and filters).

The electric motor features a new design, with permanent magnet poles. The electrical parts have been oversized to ensure high efficiency and constant service.

Electromagnetic compatibility tests conducted in a semi anechoic booth have allowed us to set up an EMC filter that ensures the machine conforms to the electromagnetic compatibility directives.
IP 66 mechanical protection obtained thanks to a special metal core hitch and O-Ring seals in all exposed covers, plus the electrostatic surface coating and stove polymerizing treatment, all help towards guaranteeing that the MVCC-SG2 series electric vibrators operate in an optimum way even in the most critical conditions of use: presence of liquids, corrosive substances, washing with powerful jets of water.

The MVCC-S02 series electric vibrators are supplied with 2.5 meters of power flex covered in highly resistant special synthetic rubber.

The new MVCC-S02 series electric vibrators feature reliability, safety and high performances recognized by the market as a whole.

Experience acquired throughout over 40 years of specialization has allowed Italvibras to explicitly design the MVCC-S02 electric vibrators for these types of application. Thus, the mechanical and dimensional specifications such as centrifugal force and weight, fully suit the types of use expected in these sectors.

Moreover, Italvibras is also able to advise manufacturers of machines and systems to identify the most suitable electric vibrator for the job in hand.

MVCC-S02 series direct current electric vibrators: technical specifications

Power supply: 12/24 Volts in direct current

Motor: direct current type with permanent magnet poles

Centrifugal force: 0,98 - 1,98 kN

Mechanical protection: IP 66

Ambient temperature: from -20 to +40°C for correct use

Lubrication: maintenance-free "long life" type

Operation: continuous service at the maximum centrifugal force and electric power indicated

Casing: made of highly resistant light aluminum alloy with electrostatic coating and stove polymerizing surface treatment

Eccentric weights: lamellar, adjusted by means of a disc with graduated scale

Italvibras: leader specialization.

Over 40 years of specialization and on-going research to achieve excellence have enabled Italvibras to obtain the utmost quality levels with the largest range of electric vibrators available on the market (with 0 to 250 kN centrifugal force values), now completed by the new MVSS series fully made of stainless steel. CE marking, IP 66-7 certification and, for potentially explosive atmospheres, ATEX-CESI (EEx e - EEx d), U.L., C.S.A., D.I.P. Australia certifications, give Iralvibras electric vibrators the necessary safety levels for all applications. All this plus the competence acquired thanks to numberless applications in all industrial sectors.
