Lift Hoist lets users lift loads of up to 500 lb.
June 2, 2003 - MIDACO LIFT™ HOIST, suited for repetitive lifting or precise load placement, requires users to expend 3.5 lb of effort using one hand to lift loads weighing from 150–500 lb. Touch-sensitive handle engages servo driven motor of product, which takes over load and allows operator to lift and position load with minimal effort. Unit senses speed of operator's hand movement and adjusts automatically to add mechanical power to movement. Product uses standard lift hook.

New Midaco Lift Hoist
Improves productivity and safety by allowing operators to safely lift up to 500 pounds (228 kg) with only one hand and 3 lbs (1.6 kg) of effort.
The new MIDACO LIFT™ HOIST” is the Intelligent way to increase productivity and safety when doing repetitive lifting or precise load placement. With only one hand, or just two fingers and about 3.5 lbs (1.6kg) of effort, an operator can safely lift up to 150 or 500 pounds (70 or 228 kg).
The operator simply grabs the “Touch-sensitive handle. The Servo driven motor of the MIDACO LIFT “takes over” the load and allows the operator to lift and position the load with minimal effort.
There are no cumbersome control boxes with push buttons, switches, keypads or levers to fuss with. The operator simply grasps the “Touch-sensitive” handle to operate. The unit senses the speed of the operators hand movement and adjusts automatically to increase the workers physical power by adding mechanical power to the movement.
The use of the MIDACO LIFT™ in all types of lifting applications reduces fatigue and injury risk while promoting a more ergonomic and productive work environment. Ideal for the manufacturing, distribution, medical, assembly and other industries, the MIDACO LIFT™” address the demands of all repetitive lifting or precise load placement applications.
The variable cable speed and ease of use is made possible by a patented Servo Drive Motor and custom software and offers stable performance. The unit is programmed to adjust to sudden or gradual hand movement changes allowing the operator to move safely and freely. Built-in safety systems lock the load in place in the event of an interrupted power supply
The MIDACO LIFT™ includes a standard lift hook. Optional lifting devices such as magnets, strap and other “grabbers” can be utilized.
