NBE's New Lift & Seal Container Dumper is Ideal for Applications Where an Easy Clean Sanitary Design is Required

NBE's new hydraulic container dumper was designed for the needs of the food industry in mind. The rugged design withstands harsh plant environments while reducing surfaces and areas for material and contaminates to collect. The custom designed 40" sq. discharge gate and pour hood allows for complete material discharge from the container for materials that tend to severely bridge while eliminating the potential for foreign material contaminating the downstream process. The intelligently designed NBE hydraulic cylinder linkage system provides an exceptionally smooth and controlled 150 degrees of rotation for the discharging of all the containers contents into the customers receiving hopper. The sequence of operation is automated using an Allen-Bradley PLC located in NEMA 4X box while a light curtain and safety side guards protect the operator when the dumper is in motion. All material contact surfaces are stainless steel.
