Rustlick® Ultracut 375R

Introducing a New Biostable Semi-Synthetic Chlorinated Coolant

May 6, 2003 - ITW Fluid Products Group, Inc., Glenview, Illinois, is introducing a new biostable chlorinated semi-synthetic cutting fluid that offers very high lubricity and rust protection. The versatility of Rustlick® Ultracut 375R allows it to be used for both machining and grinding operation in any machine shop.

Rustlick® Ultracut 375R has a unique blend of chlorinated and non-chlorinated ElP additives to provide optimum performance for a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its high level of rust protection makes it ideal for cast iron. Another benefit of this cutting fluid is that the translucent emulsion gives a good view of the work piece.

Rustlick® Ultracut 375R provides good corrosion protection, lubrication, and tolerance to contamination with exceptional biostability and longer sump life than soluble oil cutting fluids. Rustlick® Ultracut 375R is available in 5 or 55 gallon containers.

A division of Illinois Tool Works, ITW Fluid Products Group - Rustlick® • Accu-Lube® • SafeTap® • Daraclean® - is a leading supplier of high-performance coolants and environmentally safe lubricants. Rustlick® brand coolant management products include machining fluids, EDM fluids, and corrosion control and sump maintenance systems.
