New Productivity Doors for Food, Pharmaceutical Processors Save Time and Energy

West Chester, Ohio – Nergeco USA, manufacturer of high-speed productivity doors for numerous industry applications, announces the development of two new doors, specially designed to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

The Agro 5 Forum and Labo 5 Forum, Nergeco’s newest editions to their high-speed door line, are ideal for clean room applications where sanitary conditions are a must. Created with food and pharmaceutical processing in mind, Nergeco designed the Agro and Labo 5 doors to meet the high sanitary expectations of these markets. The doorframes are ergonomically designed and created from a composite material, making them completely washable and ensuring that rust and re-painting are never an issue.

The Agro and Labo 5 doors include Nergeco’s patented re-insertion guides which will reinsert the curtain into the side guides without human intervention, should it be accidentally impacted. The soft-bottom edge works to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the event of an impact. Additional safety is achieved through two sets of thru beam photo sensors, a NEMA 4X watertight control panel and optional vision panels capable of providing full width visibility

With an opening speed of 48” per second, the Labo and Agro not only work to keep traffic moving without interruption, but also ensure efficient climate control and help reduce energy consumption.

Nergeco USA is a subsidiary of Nergeco, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-speed, flexible productivity doors. Nergeco manufactures custom-made, high-speed doors specifically designed for interior and exterior applications across a wide range of industries including general manufacturing, warehousing, supermarkets, food processing with or without freezer applications and pharmaceutical processing needs.
