The most flexible of the Iconotech Case Printer line, the MAXIMIZER will print text, bar codes and graphics on uncoated multi-wall kraft bags, flat cases, die cuts and blanks. The Digital Bag and Case Printer uses the same proven digital printing technology that justifies Iconotech's first in the industry 5 year bar code warranty program.
The MAXIMIZER's powerful vacuum feeder reliably handles bags, cases, die cuts and allows operators to switch from one type of print job to another with ease and economy. It includes a lift table magazine holding up to 100 bags or 60-90 single sheet die cuts depending upon the flute size. Product is loaded onto the lift table, which rises as each piece is picked off the top of the stack by vacuum cups and fed between rollers moving them into the press. Once empty, the table is reloaded.
The MAXIMIZER prints one side at a time, one color. The computer generated printing stencil allows exacting placement of very high resolution print anywhere within a 32”x11” area. This is a rugged, long-lasting, low maintenance printer designed for ease of use as well as durability with far lower operating costs than using labels or buying pre-print.
