Air Burner offers capacities from 260,000-1,000,000 Btu/hr.


April 8, 2003 - BIC...L Excess Air Burner provides even temperature distribution in furnace over entire capacity range of burner. It features high flame outlet velocity and excess air capability up to 1600%. Designed for natural gas and LPG, burner comes in sizes from 75–300 kW and can be adapted to various wall thicknesses. It includes silicon carbide firing tube, ignition and ionization electrodes, integral limiting orifice valve and internal gas and air metering orifices.

Hudson, Ohio...The new BIC...L Excess Air Burner, a high velocity excess air burner ideal for applications where precise temperature control and uniform product quality are essential, is available from Kromschroder Inc., a leading manufacturer of engineered combustion control systems for the commercial
and industrial heating markets. When in use, the BIC...L Excess Air Burner offers even temperature distribution in a furnace over the entire capacity range of the burner, providing considerable benefits, particularly when used in the ceramics industry.

With capacities from 260,000 Btu/hr to 1,000,000 Btu/hr, the BIC...L features a high flame outlet velocity and a wide control range. The burner offers large excess air capability of up to approximately 1600%, with reliable ignition at all capacities. The modular construction of the BIC...L, a trademark of Kromschroder technology, provides economical operation and low maintenance. In addition, the design of the BIC...L can be customized to suit most special requirements. Designed for natural gas and LPG, BIC...L is available in sizes from 75 kW to 300 kW and can be adapted to various wall thicknesses. The BIC...L includes the silicon carbide firing tube, ignition and ionization electrodes, integral limiting orifice valve and
internal gas and air metering orifices.
