New Air Blade Ionizer is Efficient and Eliminates Static and Dirt from Charged Surfaces
The "new" Nex Air Blade Ionizer easily removes dirt and static charge from plastic parts, moving webs and other charged surfaces by utilizing the highly efficient Nex Air Blade and a powerful static bar to blow off particulate from a surface. Unlike many other systems, the Nex Air Blade Ionizer comes with fully shielded cable and a "repairable" power supply with a full two year warranty. For difficult, highly charged surfaces where a standard strength static bar is not enough, a unique more powerful static bar may be used with three times the output to eliminate static in almost any application. The Nex Air Blade Ionizer can be anodized aluminum or stainless steel for high temperature and food grade applications. A special static bar is available for wash-down applications.
