Air Knife removes contaminants from wire and rope.
April 4, 2003 - Offered in sizes from 1–6 in. ID, Ring-Blade removes water, dust, and light oils from wire, cable, rope, and various types of extruded shapes. System uses Coanda effect to amplify air flow and reduce air consumption. Unit can be split and opened to allow for insertion of continuous extruded shape. Instant on/off with no moving parts provides for maintenance-free operation. Anodized aluminum or stainless steel versions are available.

The "new" Nex Ring-Blade is an ideal system for removing water, dust, and light oils from wire, cable, rope and many types of extruded shapes. The system uses the Coanda effect to amplify air flow dramatically reducing air consumption. The unit can be "split" and opened to allow easy insertion of a continuous extruded shape.
Standard anodized aluminum or stainless steel versions for high temperature and food grade applications are available. Easy installation and maintenance by the customer. Instant on/off with no moving parts for maintenance free operation. Sizes from 1" to 6" inside diameters.
