UV Curing Unit provides variable-wattage, cool curing.

March 13, 2003 - Accu-Cure™, with computer-designed cooling system, minimizes level of heat transmitted to stock in curing chamber. Operators adjust gate height on curing head module according to stock thickness, eliminating light leakage. Due to variable position wattage selection of 300, 200, or 100 W, users can also adjust lamp output to conditions. Ozone Removal System safely vents ozone and hot air, while light guards protect against UV and visible band light and absorb lamp heat.

A.W.T. World Trade’s Accu-Cure™ UV Curing Unit Offers Ultimate in High-Speed Cool Curing

Chicago, IL, USA – Screen printing operators can obtain the ultimate in high-speed cool curing from the Accu-Cure Ultraviolet Curing Unit manufactured by A.W.T. World Trade, Inc.

Engineered for high-speed curing of vinyl’s, polyesters, paper and other substrates, the Accu-Cure
Ultraviolet Curing Unit’s computer-designed cooling system minimizes the level of heat transmitted to stock in the curing chamber.

Drawing on more than 15 years’ experience in UV curing technology, A.W.T. World Trade combines performance control and safety features in the Accu-Cure Ultraviolet Curing Unit. For example, the operator can adjust gate height on the curing head module according to stock thickness and eliminate light leakage. Thanks to variable position wattage selection – 300, 200 or 100 watts, the operator also can adjust lamp output to conditions, prolonging life and conserving energy.

In addition, the Accu-Cure Ultraviolet Curing Unit draws upon A.W.T.’s Ozone Removal System to safely vent ozone and hot air out of the working area from the point of origin. Specially designed light guards protect the production operation from UV and visible band light, and absorb lamp heat.

The Accu-Cure comes as one of five packages: (1) a complete conveyorized UV curing system with one or two curing heads, vacuum holddown and exhaust system; (2) curing heads with light guard assembly; (3) vacuum hold down retro-fit package; (4) additional conveyer sections by the foot; and (5) conveyor unit with vacuum holddown. A.W.T. offers the Accu-Cure Curing Unit along with the Accu-Cure Compact UV curing Unit and the Accu-Cure 3-D.
