This compact solenoid valve incorporates several features which make it an ideal choice in applications using corrosive (aggressive) fluids or where high-purity fluids are found. The materials in contact with the flow path are limited to PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and EPDM (ethylene propylene) or FKM-GF (Highly-fluorinated fluorocarbon). The patented seat and diaphragm design provides exceptional sealing characteristics and long life (exceeds 15 Million cycles). Rated up to 35 PSI, Cv = .05 and available in 12 VDC and 24 VDC models, normally open or normally closed with numerous port options.
