Router offers depaneling for sensitive components.

March 10, 2003 - Model TR2100 circuit-side router is capable of speeds up to 2 ips and slew speeds to 20 ips. Servo repeatability is ±0.0005 in. System handles panels up to 20.8 x 19.5 in. and can extract PCBs from pre-routed or solid panels. Dual-pallet shuttle allows concurrent loading and unloading of panels. Because each pallet is fixtured independently, different products can be processed during same production run.

Cencorp TR2100 System Offers Fast and Accurate Depaneling for Sensitive Components

LONGMONT, CO – Cencorp/PMJ announces the fast and accurate TR2100 circuit-side router for final processing of electronics assemblies in high-volume, high-mix environments. TR2100 is capable of rout speeds of up to 2” (51mm) per second and slew speeds of up to 20” (510mm) per second. Servo repeatability is +/- 0.0005” (0.0127mm).

TR2100 is flexible and gentle, capable of handling boards with sensitive components for OEMs, defense contractors, and EMS companies. It accommodates panels up to 20.8” (528mm) x 19.5” (495mm), and can extract PCBs from pre-routed or solid panels. Also available in dual-spindle configuration for increased throughput and versatility.

The system’s patented dual-pallet shuttle allows for concurrent loading and unloading of panels, with speeds compatible with in-line systems. Because each pallet is fixtured independently, different products can be processed during the same production run.

Field-proven Windows® based platform features automated teach mode and helpful programming prompts. Optional Video-Aided Programming uses an on-board camera to ensure rapid, accurate system setup.
