NETZSCH De-Aerator Mill Optimized for the Personal Care Industry

EXTON, PA, 2003 — The Grinding and Dispersion Division of NETZSCH Incorporated manufactures environmentally friendly Deaerators engineered especially for the personal care and cosmetic industries. This versatile machine is used to continuously remove trapped air or gas bubbles from various liquid products over a wide range of viscosities. The totally enclosed compact system features few moving parts, resulting in fast and easy cleaning.

With the ability to process up to 5000 kg per hour, NETZSCH Deaerators operate faster than conventional methods. Because the Deaerator uses a vacuum to eliminate foam, it is no longer necessary to wait for products to deaerate under ambient conditions. The result is a dramatic increase in productivity. This efficient, self contained machine requires no additional feed or discharge pumps and can be coupled in-line with filling machines. NETZSCH Deaerators can be used to de-gas small amounts from portable vessels in batch operation as well as for large batches in continuous operation. Minimal operator supervision is required.

NETZSCH Deaerators are specifically engineered to meet the growing demands of the cosmetic and personal care industries. Typical applications include soap, shower gel, hand, liquid face and body cream, shampoo, and sunblock. NETZSCH Deaerators are optimized to obtain extremely high, reproducible qualities like color brilliance and coverage.

NETZSCH Incorporated is the North American subsidiary of the globally operating group of NETZSCH companies. NETZSCH is the world’s leading manufacturer of wet grinding and dispersion equipment and dry grinding and classifying machines, progressing cavity pumps, and filtration systems.
