Zebra Introduces Centralized Coolant Sump Auto-Fill System to Save Time and Labor
Cleveland, OH, February 2003 - Zebra Skimmers Corporation, a full line manufacturer of oil skimmers and coolant maintenance equipment, announced today that the Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ has been designed to properly mix and meter your central system sump all at the same time. This automated station significantly reduces labor needed to keep machines sufficiently supplied with metalworking fluids (coolants).

The Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ features a sturdy angle iron stand which holds the solenoid-driven water valve, water-driven proportioning pump, mixing tube, control box with indicator and
operating lights, and a seperate probe assembly. The probe assembly consists of normal high and low-level range sensors and emergency high and low-level sensors. Each sensor is 'slosh
resistant' so that agitation in the coolant tank does not register as a false signal to the control panel. The proportioning pump is designed so that the exact amount of coolant concentrate is mixed into the water supply.
