Zebra Introduces Centralized Coolant Sump Auto-Fill System to Save Time and Labor

Cleveland, OH, February 2003 - Zebra Skimmers Corporation, a full line manufacturer of oil skimmers and coolant maintenance equipment, announced today that the Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ has been designed to properly mix and meter your central system sump all at the same time. This automated station significantly reduces labor needed to keep machines sufficiently supplied with metalworking fluids (coolants).

According to Mr. Steve Davidian, President and CEO of Zebra Skimmers Corporation, "The new Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ is capable of saving large shops over 100 hours of labor each year
by automating tank-fill operations. There are other savings as well, such as increased confidence that central sump levels would not be reduced below emergency low-levels, causing the machines to run dry and possibly ruin expensive equipment. Optimal machining performance of all your machines would be ensured through exact coolant concentration levels in the mixing process."

Available in a standard configuration, the Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ will be customized to each customer's needs. Standard features include high and low-level alarms, safe-mode in power-off situations, and triple backup systems for overfill protection. Other options include fully automated alarm systems, remote reporting, remote controls, and customized level adjustments.

The Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ features a sturdy angle iron stand which holds the solenoid-driven water valve, water-driven proportioning pump, mixing tube, control box with indicator and
operating lights, and a seperate probe assembly. The probe assembly consists of normal high and low-level range sensors and emergency high and low-level sensors. Each sensor is 'slosh
resistant' so that agitation in the coolant tank does not register as a false signal to the control panel. The proportioning pump is designed so that the exact amount of coolant concentrate is mixed into the water supply. The Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ is backed by Zebra Skimmers Corporation's one-year warranty.

Because the Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ is a self-contained system, there is minimal maintenance and almost no labor involved in keeping the coolant tank in its optimal operating range. Once
installed, the Zebra Auto-Fill Station™ will be automatically watching the coolant supply system in your shop, so that you don't have to." states Davidian.

Headquartered in Chagrin Falls, OH, Zebra Skimmers Corporation is dedicated to providing customers with quality coolant maintenance products made with the best USA parts whenever
available. Zebra Skimmers Corporation guarantees most products for at least one year and some forever.
