Container Dumper provides clean plant environment.

February 13, 2003 - Direct lift unit accepts and elevates food product containers, then discharges contents at 80 in. above floor level. With washdown duty 304 stainless steel construction and No. 4 finish, product offers Teflon (PTFE) coated discharge chute that rotates 60° past horizontal. Dumper utilizes direct hydraulic lift system that is free of lifting chains and sprockets, and is custom designed for specific application requirements.

Direct Lift Container Dumper

Unit accepts and elevates a container of food product, then discharges the contents at 80" above floor level. Unit features washdown duty 304 stainless steel construction with a #4 finish. The product discharge chute is coated with Teflon (PTFE) for enhanced material release, and rotates 60° past horizontal for complete product discharge. Dumper unit utilizes a direct hydraulic lift system that is free of lifting chains and sprockets for equipment cleanliness. Units are custom designed for your application requirements.
