January 29, 2003 - Convoluted fluoroplastic tubing can be extruded from PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, and ECTFE in sizes from 1/8-4 in. I.D. with specialized ends. Customer-specified cut lengths and cuff dimensions are offered with no cuff, straight cuff, slightly flared or reduced cuff, specified degree flare, or 90° flanged end configurations. Tubing provides non-stick, chemically resistant, non-flammable surface capable of operating at continuous temperatures up to 500°F.

Convoluted Fluoroplastic Tubing Features Special End Configurations


A line of convoluted fluoroplastic tubing that can be extruded from PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, and ECTFE in a full range of sizes, with specialized end configurations, is being introduced by TexLoc, Ltd. of Ft. Worth, Texas.

TexLoc Precision Fluoroplastic Tubing can be extruded from PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, and ECTFE in sizes ranging from 1/8" to 4" I.D. with specialized ends. Featuring no cuff, a straight cuff, a slightly flared or reduced cuff, and specified degree flare, or 90° flanged end configurations, this tubing can be supplied in cut lengths with customer specified cuff dimensions.

Providing a non-stick surface for easy cleaning, TexLoc Precision Fluoro-plastic Tubing is chemical resistant, non-flammable and offers excellent dielectric properties. Capable of operating at continuous temperatures up to 500°F, depending upon material and application, this tubing can be manufactured to meet specific OEM required MIL and ASTM specifications.

TexLoc Precision Fluoroplastic Tubing with specialized end configurations is priced according to formulation, size, configuration, and quantity. Samples, literature, and pricing are available upon request.
