Able to dispense materials with viscosity over 1 million cps in under 1 min, rechargeable, battery-powered tool eliminates repetitive squeezing. Dispenser, constructed of ABS plastic, has hardened-steel drive mechanism and variable-speed motor control. DC motor produces up to 200 lb of force.

Portable Motorized Gun Dispenses Standard 50 ML Dual Cartridges

A new, patented and truly portable, cordless electric hand-held adhesive dispenser for use with all popular 50 ml two-component cartridges is being introduced by DTIC Dispensing Technologies of S. Lancaster, Massachusetts.

The EZ-mix®HI Dispenser is a portable motorized hand gun that accommodates standard 50 ml dual cartridges, features a light-touch trigger, and has a Drip-Freeâ„¢ design to significantly reduce or stop oozing from the mix-tip after releasing the trigger. Capable of dispensing even high viscosity materials over 1 million cps in under a minute, this rechargeable battery powered tool is easy to handle and eliminates repetitive squeezing.

Constructed of ABS plastic, with a hardened steel drive mechanism, and variable speed motor control, the EZ-mix®HI Dispenser features a dc motor that can produce up to 200 lbs. of force and has a torque limiter for overload protection. This versatile gun can dispense up to 50 cartridges on a single charge, depending upon the material viscosity and application.

The EZ-mix®HI Dispenser sells for $495.00 (list) and includes a rechargeable 6V NiMH battery pack and an AC adapter/recharging unit. Literature is available on request. Distributor/dealer inquiries are invited.
