Order-Picking Tray holds boxes up to 50 lb per ft.
January 10, 2003 - Add-On Pick Tray option for Span-Track models converts existing rack into split case picking system, and eliminates need for additional pallet rack or reworking components. Galvanized steel tray is 15 in. deep and sits on 30° pitch, which tips box toward picker, improving view and accessibility. Full width label holder provides product identification. Tray can be added to any pallet rack with carton flow and integrates with pick-to-light systems.

Unex Manufacturing of Jackson, NJ has released an 'Add-On' Pick Tray option for its Span-Track low profile models. The 'Add-On' Pick Tray converts existing rack into a split case picking system. It is ideal for changing from full case picking to loose pick applications without the expense of buying additional pallet
rack or reworking components. Easily added to any pallet rack with carton flow, the 'Add-On' tray is made with galvanized steel and can hold boxes up to 50 pounds per foot. The tray is 15" deep and sits on a 30 degree pitch tipping the box toward
the picker, dramatically improving pick view and accessibility. The 'Add-On' Pick Tray has a full width label holder for product identification, integrates easily with pick-to-light systems, and like all Span-Track carton flow products, is backed by a 7
