New JLG® Stock Picker Combines Safe Overhead Access with Efficient Use
McConnellsburg, PA, December 4, 2002 — JLG Industries, Inc. is introducing the new Model 9MP mini-stock picker for vertical access in distribution centers and for use by personnel in retail stores needing to reach overhead stock and signs or to perform maintenance tasks. The economically priced machine features a 15-ft. working height, 500-lbs. total platform capacity and exceptional maneuverability using four 6-in. swivel casters at the base corners. One of the casters is fitted with a directional lock.
Other features of JLG’s new Model 9MP include a side entry platform with a self-closing entry gate, a maintenance-free battery, an automatic 5-hour battery charger and heavy-duty aluminum mast sections with a maintenance-free guide system.
A standard safety lanyard attachment anchor, two emergency stop controls, an amber warning beacon and descent alarm are added to its features. The machine is compliant with ANSI, OSHA and CSA Standards.
