Smart Heavy Duty Crimper for 8 Gauge to 1500 MCM Crimp Jobs
Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. has introduced a new line of 18 volt Li-Ion battery-powered crimping tools including the heavy-duty, long-life B1500A 15-ton wire crimper. This heavy duty cordless cable crimp tool is capable of crimping lugs and splices from 8 gauge to 1500 MCM copper wire and cable or 8 gauge to 1250 MCM aluminum wire. The power crimper head opens easily to accept industry standard "P" crimp dies. An optional adapter is needed for using "U" dies which are used with many 12 Ton crimpers. The B1500A onboard microprocessor records all types of important crimp data and can store information on up to 200,000 crimps. The information can be downloaded to a PC using the standard USB port on the tool. This battery powered tool has LED work lights, pressure release valve, pressure sensor, battery life indicator and comes with a spare battery, AC charger and a metal carrying and storage case.
Battery crimp tool includes features like rubber grip inserts, low noise, and minimal vibration provide convenience, safety, and ease of use for the operator.
