The Linear Motion and Assembly Technologies division of Bosch Rexroth Corporation introduces 11 high-strength profiles with 40 mm and 50 mm cross sections to its aluminum structural framing system. The profiles feature a 10 mm t-slot design and large center bore to handle heavy loads and tough applications, providing more alternatives to welded steel.

Bosch Rexroth has added 11 new, high-strength profiles with 40 mm and 50 mm cross sections to its already extensive aluminum structural framing system. The new profiles all feature a 10 mm t-slot design and large center bore to handle heavy loads and tough applications, providing more fast, flexible alternatives to welded steel in structural framing applications. Extremely robust connectors and a wide range of accessories give users new choices in designing factory applications. The new profiles also feature the well-known Rexroth edge, providing for flush mounting of profile cover strips to create a smooth, finished surface.

The design characteristics of the new profiles are identical with those of the already established and proven 45 mm profiles. The 40 mm and 50 mm profiles complete the profile range, which now covers all conventional metric profile cross sections available on the world market. Structures built with aluminum framing from Bosch Rexroth can be modified and expanded at any time to meet the requirements of any future applications.
