Anti-Seize Compound handles high temperatures.
September 9, 2002 - Industrial grade 550â„¢ has -65 to 2400°F temperature rating, making it suitable for high temperature applications in ethylene and acetylene piping, heat exchangers, and cat cracker connections. Formula is free of sulfur, lead, copper, and other environmentally undesirable metals. Its molybdenum disulfide content provides low coefficient of friction for rough-cut threads made of cast iron, steel, and most alloys. It is non-setting and prevents rust.

Houston TX- Jet Lube's 550â„¢ industrial grade anti-seize compound has a -65°F to 2400°F (-54°C to 1315°C) temperature rating. The Jet Lube formula is free of sulfur, lead, copper and other environmentally undesirable metals. It is non-setting and prevents rust so it is especially well suited for environments and processes where moisture is present. The molybdenum disulfide content provides a very low coefficient of friction making it excellent for rough-cut threads made of cast iron, steel, and most alloys. Jet Lube 550 anti-seize was designed for high temperature applications in ethylene and acetylene piping, heat exchanger, and cat cracker connections.
