NevastaneŽ formulas include lube, hydraulic, and compressor oils offered in synthetic, semi-synthetic, mineral base, emulsifiable, semi-fluid, grease, and spray formulations. Used to lubricate or to act as anti-rust film on equipment and machine parts, all formulas are NSF and USDA registered H-1 for incidental contact with food. Keystone Doubles Their Offerings of Food Grade Lubricants
Linden, NJ (July 11, 2002): Nineteen new NevastaneŽ food grade lubricant formulas are now available from Keystone Lubricants, bringing the total number to forty. These include new lube, hydraulic and compressor oils offered in synthetic, semi-synthetic, mineral base, emulsifiable, semi-fluid, grease, and spray formulations.
These are used to lubricate or to act as an anti-rust film on equipment and machine parts. All are NSF and USDA registered H-1, for incidental contact with food. Typically, these lubricants are used by manufacturers of food processing machinery and by end users such as bakeries, breweries, packaging plants, dairies, beverage plants, and in food processing plants.
Among the new compounds is Wet Lube 100, an emulsifiable lubricant which lubricates and protects food processing machinery in the presence of water. Also new is Nevastane Flush Oil, a light viscosity formula for cleaning and flushing old oils and residues from equipment, and which is compatible with petroleum products and most synthetics.
This Nevastane series also includes Nevastane 6 multi-purpose, white food machinery oil packed in the innovative SafeGard container. It delivers a continuous, uniform spray without pumping but uses no propellant gases. Most products are available in drums, kegs and pails.
