The model 560092A manual pail pump is an inexpensive solution to extracting bulk viscous materials from 5 gallon (19 liter) straight-walled pails. Examples of materials include grease and pastes.
A hand lever pumps the fluid to a syringe adapter for cartridge filling. The syringe is filled from the needle end, and the syringe fills from the bottom up causing a polyethylene or neoprene piston to raise. This method prevents any air from being
trapped in the syringe.
Once filled, the syringes can be used with an automatic dispenser, such as the model JB1113 from I&J Fisnar Inc.
A wide range of automated Meter-Mix dispensing solutions is included in a new 36-page Meter-Mix 2002 Catalog from I&J Fisnar Inc. "the dispensing company." A 76-page dispensing catalog is also available for robots, rotary tables and dispensing products.
