Style A Roll-A-Reel provides pay-out and take-up of cable, wire, and rope as stored on reels. Unit accommodates reels up to 28 in. wide and is load rated per CEMA standards at 1500 lbs. Structural steel platform measures 31-1/2 in. wide x 28 in. deep. It is equipped with permanently mounted heavy-duty ball bearing roller assembly in front and six-position, adjustable roller assembly in rear. Front roller has positive spring-loaded lock.

Portable Reel Platform Makes Reel Handling a One-Man Operation
Roll-A-Reel Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, offers its Style A for efficient pay-out and take-up of cable, wire, rope or anything stored on reels. The unit accommodates reels up to 28 inches wide and is load rated per CEMA standards at 1500 pounds.
The Style A Roll-A-Reel is a structural steel platform, 31-1/2" wide x 28" deep, equipped with a permanently mounted heavy-duty ball bearing roller assembly at the front and an adjustable roller assembly at the rear. The rear roller can be adjusted without tools to any of six positions to accommodate reels of various diameters. The front roller has a positive spring-loaded lock that facilitates reel loading and unloading.
The platform has a built-in steel ramp permitting one man to safely load the reel with minimum effort and without the need for lifting equipment or jacks. As an added safety factor, the reel is never more than four inches from the floor. The platform is readily stored when not in use and is predrilled for bolt-down installation if desired.
Options for the Style A Roll-A-Reel include auxiliary ball bearing side rollers to eliminate wedging and control "walking." The platform is predrilled for fast installation of the side rollers.
