Per-Fil to Introduce New Equipment at East Pack
PER-FIL Industries Inc. based in Riverside, NJ will demonstrate for the first time our nano-Filler at the EAST PACK show in June. This servo auger filler dispenses 25 to 1000 mg of powder and granular products into rigid and flexible containers or capsules. The nano-Filler fills volumetrically or can be integrated with a balance for fill by weight operation. It is designed for applications in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Chemical, Food and Personal Care Industries. The nano-Filler can be easily integrated with in-line or rotary index turret equipment.
The nano-Filler comes equipped with tooling for specific products and container fill openings. Changes to fill weights are made through the user-friendly touchscreen interface or can be done automatically by integration with a checkweigher. All product contact parts are easily removed for cleaning and sanitizing. Standard contact parts are 304 stainless steel and optional 316 stainless steel parts are also available.
