Its two-piece motor mount will accommodate any assembly tool up to 2 in. in dia. FlexArm model G-60 absorbs 800 lb-ft of torque (max). Its working range is from 20 to 78 in. Other models are available with maximum torque levels of 30, 50, 80, 120, 150, and 200 lb-ft.

Torque Reaction Arms For Any Applications

The FlexArm Torque Reaction Arms are designed for a variety of assembly operations. Our model CVA-10 is shown above on the right and it absorbs a maximum torque of 10 foot pounds. The CVA-10 can be used as close as 8" from where it is mounted to the table and can extend out to 28". A two-piece motor mount that will accommodate any assembly tool up to a 2" diameter is standard on the CVA-10. Our model G-60 is shown on the left and it absorbs a maximum torque of 800 foot pounds. The G-60 has a working range of 20" to 78". Various other models are available with maximum torque levels of 30 foot pounds, 50 foot pounds, 80 foot pounds, 120 foot pounds, 150 foot pounds and 200 foot pounds. Custom vertical or horizontal motor mounts are also available for all models. 30 Day Trials are available to allow the operator to test the arm in a production environment.
