Rockford, IL - - - - The NEW REDI-RAIL BELT DRIVE SYTEMS are specifically designed to make the use of linear motion simple and economical. The units can be easily integrated into existing linear motion applications by using the T-slot mounting system and standard NEMA motor mount blocks.

The NEW REDI-RAIL BELT DRIVE SYTEMS feature a rigid aluminum base structure that can function as a key structural element even bridging gaps where it is unsupported without deflection. Hardened steel raceways are integrated into the aluminum base providing an excellent running surface for the carriage.

The guidance system or carriage for the NEW REDI-RAIL BELT DRIVE SYSTEMS features the same base technology as the REDI-RAIL LINEAR GUIDES. It features 3 dual row ball bearings mounted in the carriage. The center roller is adjustable for preload via set-screws that are located on the outside of the carriage. No disassembly is required to adjust the preload.

The NEW REDI-RAIL BELT DRIVE SYTEMS are capable of speeds up to 196" per second (5 m/s) with stroke lengths up to 12 feet. It can handle loads up to 598 pounds in an axial orientation and 186 pounds when mounted radially.
