Benjamin Moore Introduces New Stain Blocking Primer for Professionals
Montvale, NJ -- Benjamin Moore & Co., one of the country's leading manufacturers of premium coatings, has introduced Moorcraft® Super Spec® Stain Blocking Alkyd Primer. A premium product for the professional segment of the market, this newest Benjamin Moore® professional product offering is an alkyd-based primer, sealer and stain suppressor for interior use on bare or previously painted wood, plaster, drywall, plywood and hardboard surfaces. It may be used on exterior surfaces for limited applications, such as the sealing of knots or suppressing of sap stains.
"This stain blocking primer was developed in direct response to the professional contractors' need for a high quality, general purpose, alkyd-based primer that seals and suppresses stains for interior applications," noted Jeff Spillane, professional and industrial maintenance product manager for Benjamin Moore & Co.
