New Cleaning Fluid for Hot Oil Units Dissolves Sludge on Contact

Conshohocken, PA, (May 22, 2002): Paratherm Corporation is introducing Paratherm SC(TM) System Cleaning Liquid. This product has been especially formulated to break up the sludge and carbon lumps that can develop in hot oil systems over time. When these deposits are not cleaned and removed, the flow of
heat transfer fluid is restricted and system efficiency can become severely compromised.

Now, with Paratherm SC, there is an effective, trouble-free fluid for system cleaning that can restore peak performance in less than a day. New Paratherm SC(TM) is a multi-component synergistic fluid that is fully compatible with any mineral oil-based thermal fluid as well as many synthetic fluids.

While Paratherm SC is highly effective at ambient temperatures, users will find the process can be expedited if the SC fluid is heated to 150°F. Used fluid can be combined with other common parts-washing liquids and disposed of conventionally. Paratherm SC is available in 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums.

Founded in 1988, Paratherm Corporation has become a leading U.S. manufacturer of specialized heat transfer fluids.
