CONTECH Offers Non-Stop Inline Sheeter/Stacker System
CONTECH's new Non-Stop Inline Sheeter/Stacker System is designed for high-speed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week continuous operation. The sheeter/stacker system takes material coming off a production system and sheets it; the sheets are then stagger-stacked onto pallets that are automatically changed out when full. A Festoon-type accumulator allows on-the-fly change-out; while pallets are being changed out the accumulator collects
the web so the web doesn't have to stop. The stagger-stack makes
it easy to collate or count product.
CONTECH's custom Automation Engineering capability allows them to design, engineer, and build sheeter/stacker systems to customer's exact specifications, making them completely compatible with existing plant equipment. CONTECH manufactures a complete line of material processing equipment including die cutters, slitters, rewinders, applicators and more.
