New Lab-Line MaxQ 5000 Incubated and Refrigerated Floor Shakers

Revolutionary design with 24/7 operation and accuracy in mind!

Dubuque, IA - March 2002 - The new Lab-Line brand MaxQ 5000 line of incubated and refrigerated floor shakers from Barnstead International combines unmatched durability with versatility and control. Engineered for 24-hour operation and heavier loads, these incubated and refrigerated floor shakers feature a triple eccentric drive and a market-leading warranty --5 years on parts, lifetime on the drive mechanism.

Large, 30" x 18" stainless steel platform easily accommodates six 6L Erlenmeyer or 2800ml Fernback flasks. Robust design handles a load capacity of up to 75 lbs. The foot pedal automatically opens the door for convenient, hands-free operation. PID temperature control affords ±0.1 C accuracy for reproducible results. User-friendly control panel is simple to operate - no toggling between displays saves time and minimizes errors. Speed range for analog models is 40 - 400 rpm and 15 to 500 rpm on digital models. Optional accessories on the low temperature model include a light bank for day/night simulation - necessary for plant and algae growth.
