High-Performance "Grease It and Forget It" Formula Introduced By Keystone Lubricants

Linden, NJ (May 6, 2002): PolyPerformance(TM) grease from Keystone Lubricants offers high temperature performance and long life in a special polyurea formula. Because of those features, plus its exceptional shear-stability, it's especially well suited for electric motor bearings and wherever re-application of grease is infrequent, such as hard to reach parts and fittings.

This NLGI Grade 2 formula contains inhibitors for rust and oxidation and displays high resistance to water washout. EP (extreme pressure) additives give high load protection while mechanical stability provides for extended re-lube intervals. The wide temperature range is -10F to +325F, making it ideal for steel mill, furnace, and crusher applications. Because it also resists throw off and breakdown, as well as water & salt water washout and age-hardening, it's effective on conveyors, automotive, railroad and marine equipment and in other industries.

This grease is rated NSF/USDA, H-2 and is available in cartridge, pail, keg and drum. Keystone greases and lubricants can be purchased at distributors and supply houses throughout the world. For distributors in your region, or for a material safety data sheet, log onto www.keystonelubricants.com, or contact elf Lubricants, 800-344-2241. This web site also includes a module that provides self-training in the technology of petroleum lubrication.

Keystone Lubricants is a major producer of industrial, food-grade, air compressor, metalworking and specialty lubricants, including SafeGard(TM) spray lubricants, for every type of lubricating application. The firm has pioneered many lubricant formulas, and today is part of one of the largest petroleum products companies in the world, Total Fina Elf.
