Skid Conveyor Systems Are Clean, Quiet, Compact, And Easily Maintained

Webb skid conveyors are ideally suited for automotive body shop, paint shop, and final assembly operations. The carriers allow easy access to the load for assembly operations and do not interfere with process equipment.

The dual track design of skid conveyors provides stable load handling, allows for in-line accumulation, and offers variable work height flexibility to maximize ergonomic interface with production labor.

The Webb floor skid system is a modular-designed conveyor that utilizes standard components. Skid conveyors allow for compact system layouts that can minimize floor space requirements and maximize productivity.

We offer several drive options for our skid systems: a sprocket-driven or composite belt that does not require lubrication or tension devices, a traditional steel chain drive, or a vulcanized steel cord rubber belt drive configuration. These design options are engineered, manufactured, and installed to the acute Webb quality standards recognized throughout the world.
