Punch is offered with choice of 200 or 400 amp, Hypertherm plasma cutting system.

Peddinghaus Corporation recently has announced the expansion of their product line of heavy plate punches with plasma cutting and marking. The newest addition to this product line is the FPB-1800/3, which features the ability to process plates up to 1-1/4"
thick and 72" in width.
The FPB-1800/3 features a 177 ton punch station complete with three different punching heads. This triple tool configuration permits multiple hole size applications to be accomplished without any time lost to make a tool change. In addition to the punching capability, this product features the new Signoscript Marking System. This system employs a high-speed carbide milling head that generates the appropriate characters in seconds. The marking depth can be selected to achieve a recognizable part mark even after painting or galvanizing.
This new addition to the FPB product line also features the proprietary roller feed drive and measuring system. This system permits plates of virtually unlimited length to be efficiently processed without the need to clamp the plate to a material positioning carriage.
The system can be furnished with either a 200 or 400 amp plasma cutting system from Hypertherm. A unique plenum chamber is integrated into the system to efficiently exhaust the particulate during the plasma cutting process.
As part of the FPB-1800/3, an unloading system drops finished parts vertically first to remove the cut part from the skeleton before it is automatically off loaded.
