Dinkle Corporation Introduces 0156 Series PCB Connectors
The 0156 series PCB connectors are used for high density wiring in tight spaces. The products offer connection capacity of 0.2 mm² to 0.5mm². Products feature push-in connection and various locking flange designs for plugs and sockets in different application. 0156 series can be marked using label or printing for easy wiring identification.

Dinkle International launched its micro sized double level connectors – the 0156 series.
It is a part of the Push-In-Design family. This design features its compact structure, 2.54mm pitch and high connection density with a maximum of 44 wire connections.
Connecting a solid wire with push-in-design takes only 3.6 seconds, compared to 13.5 seconds for a screw connection. A flexible wire takes just 4.1 seconds to connect, while a screw terminal takes 14.4 seconds. A flexible wired with a ferrule takes only 3.7 seconds to connect, compared to 13.2 seconds for a screw terminal. PID saves 75% of wiring time, increasing work efficiency.
There are three types of locking methods available to choose from between the plugs and the socket. Screw flange is suitable for longer pole sizes or if a strong locking strength is required. The lock flange is easy to use by one hand without tool and is suitable for smaller pole sizes. The release tool flange design requires least amount of effort to operate, it can be operated by two hands for safety consideration.
The sockets offers vertical and horizontal version as well as high temperature resistant version for through hole reflow application. The size of the socket is also very compact with only 14.2mm in length and 10.50mm in height.
Customization is available with housing colors, push buttons and printing content to identify different functions of the circuit.
