Both have built-in low inrush current reduction circuit and output auto-discharge function as well as over current protection and thermal shut down function. Low drop-out voltage is 490 mV typ at 1.2 V output (VIN-VOUT) and 300 mA (IOUT), and output noise voltage is 38 Vrms typ at 2.5 V output. Output voltage is configurable from 1.0–4.5 V in 50 mV steps.

On-state resistance of 0.04 Ω typ (0.07Ω max) and permissible on-state current (3.3 A max) make this normally off (1-Form-A) photorelay suited to testing applications, including power-line switching, feedback resistance switching and measuring-line switching. Specifications include 3.3 A max output, 60 V min off-state output terminal voltage, 3 mA max trigger LED current, and 1,500 Vrms min isolation voltage.

Apr 29, 2014 Available in 32 and 64 GB capacities, microSD Memory Cards are UHS Speed Class 3 enabled and allow 4 K video capture at constant minimum write speeds of 30 MBps. Cards with 64 GB capacity offer max read speed of 260 MBps and max write speed of 240 MBps, while 32 GB models have max read speed of 145 MBps and max write speed of 130 MBps. All feature cryptographic security and high-level copyright protection functions.

Mar 27, 2014 Supplied in TO-247 package, models TK31N60X, TK39N60X, and TK62N60X of DTMOS IV-H series use single epitaxial process and achieve high speed switching performance while maintaining low ON-resistance level (0.088, 0.065, and 0.040 max RDS(ON)) – all without loss of power. This is accomplished via reduction of parasitic capacitance between Gate and Drain, which also promotes power efficiency. Max VDSS value is 600 V for all models, and respective max ID values are 30.8, 38.8, and 61.8 A.
