EZ-100 comes with electro-pneumatic film control system, precision guillotine knife system, Allen-Bradley PLC, and intuitive operator interface. Thermoray shrink tunnel utilizes IR heating elements with integrated fan to ensure even heat distribution and uniform shrinkage. Fostering integration into existing packaging lines, both machines have cantilevered frames.

Sep 16, 2011 ThermoJet heat-shrink tunnel features heat zone where 2 steam manifolds and multi-position mandrels direct steam for shrinking labels, sleeves, or tamper bands. For flexibility, cantilevered stand facilitates mobility between packaging lines. Components can be added as necessary to accommodate application requirements. Measuring 60 in. long and 30 in. wide, tunnel is fabricated from 304 stainless steel and accommodates 1-7.75 in. dia containers with 12 in. max height.

Jul 14, 2005 Suited for produce industry, Models EZ-400 and EZ-650 apply tamper-evident seal around clamshell and large tray packages, eliminating chance of package popping open during transport. Model EZ-400 has max sleeve lay flat width of 400 mm and accommodates product widths from 3 11/16 to 9 7/8 in., while Model EZ-650 offers sleeve lay flat width of 150–650 mm and handles products from 3 1/16 to 16 3/16 in. wide. Both are automatic, continuous motion units with minimal moving parts.

Sep 26, 2004 Capable of speeds to 500 bottles per minute, EZ-100 HSX bands caps up to 50 mm in diameter and has optional feature that allows system to operate with modulating conveyor speeds as based on downstream production needs. Continuous motion tamper evident banding machine has footprint and single head design that allows it to fit into tight spaces. Unit can be integrated with existing lines or supplied as complete applicator turnkey system.

Jul 22, 2004 Continuous-motion, tamper-evident, banding machine, Model EZ-100 bands caps up to 69 mm dia and is capable of speeds to 150 bottles/min. Continuous-motion, full-body sleeving machine, Model EZ-130 can sleeve up to 80 mm dia with speed capabilities dependent upon width and length of sleeve. Each machine can process sleeves or bands with minimal changeover. Both can run side by side on same conveyor line, sleeving, then banding same product.
