Jun 10, 2011 To address high-density footprints of multimode 4G RRH (Remote Radio Head) MIMO receivers, LTC5569 offers 26.8 dBm IIP3 and operating frequency range of 300 MHz to 4 GHz. IC comes in 4 x 4 mm QFN package and can be configured to operate on any cellular band from 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz. It also features conversion gain of 2 dB and noise figure of 11.7 dB as well as inputs that can withstand strong in-band blocking interference signals without significantly degrading noise figure.

This enables driving of high-power N-channel MOSFETs or multiple MOSFETs in parallel. Operating from single 1.8 V supply, Model LTC2157-14 consumes 303 mW/channel at 250 MS/sec with SNR performance of 70 dB and SFDR of 90 dB at baseband with 1.5 Vp-p input range. Analog full power bandwidth of 1.25 GHz and ultralow jitter of 0.15 ps RMS enables undersampling of IF frequencies with optimal noise performance.
