Jul 11, 2014 Available in floor or table-top models, FasFil® EZ® Auto system employs automated cutting mechanism for facilitated release of single-ply, protective paper void fill. Footprint supports small-cell packaging operations, and hands-free automated cutting tools let users set pre-programmed or continuous paper lengths to produce consistent void fill volumes. Operated through automated footswitch, system is adjustable to range of customized heights and angles.

Mar 20, 2014 Suitable for operations producing less than 25 packs/day, Instapak® Simple™ produces foam cushions without heated hoses, pumps, external controls, and containers required in most traditional systems. System requires only push of button to provide materials at rate of at least 3 bags/min. Production process generates foam materials without need for manual mixing or individual bag loading and aligns foam with center of bag to create consistent and durable cushions.

Inflatable Void-Fill System operates at 100 ft of film/min.

Sep 30, 2013 Compatible with 8, 10, and 12 in. film widths as well as lengths of 5 and 8 in., Fill-Air Rocket™ is equipped with quick start feature that instantaneously begins producing bags. Cross seal identification sensors enable system to stop and start automatically on cross seal every time, while automated edge alignment system eliminates need for manual adjustment. With spring-loaded tension control, appropriate amount of tension is kept on film to ensure even inflation throughout roll.

Mar 08, 2013 Consisting of wall-mountable, automatic inflator for polyethylene wraps, Wonderfil™ Wrap void fill packaging does not require any onsite heat sealing or cutting. System inflates polyethylene Wonderfil™ Wrap material sheet and stops once it is inflated. After inflated wrap is removed by operator, next wrap in cartridge automatically inflates. Valve feature lets users deflate packaging after use, enabling re-inflation at later time for reuse in additional shipments.

Aug 19, 2011 Integrating with Fill-Air® 2000 and Fill-Air Cyclone® inflatable void-fill systems, Quick Shot® Delivery Solution accelerates delivery of bag chain with tug feature. System works by retrieving Fill-Air® cushions from bin fed by Fill-Air® 2000 or Fill-Air Cyclone® system and delivering them directly into boxes on packing line. Operators adjust bag replenishment dial to begin, establishing number of bags that system will automatically replenish after operator tears or tugs on bag chain.

Paper Packaging System requires minimal operator involvement.

Dec 11, 2009 Producing pad-like paper material from sheets of 17 x 20 in., 100% recycled paper, PackTiger® Hybrid(TM) lets operators use one system to create either void-fill or cushioning materials with variable pad length and density. Materials are suited for void-fill applications with small and medium voids or can be used for more demanding cushioning, blocking, and bracing applications. Configured to mount on stand or table, system adapts to online work stations or can be used for batching.
