Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
May 11, 2009 Micro Twinax Quick Disconnects come in straight, right-angle, cable-mount, and in-series between adaptor terminations. Featuring .250 in. max diameter, they are applicable for High-Speed Ethernet (100 and 1000 Base-T), Fibre Channel (over 1 Gbps min), IEEE 1394 Firewire, USB, DVI, and Infiniband applications with 100 or 150 Ohm differential impedance. Each has unmated 3 lb max engagement force and 3-5 lb max disengagement force for high-vibration applications.
Expanded Beam Contact exhibit 1.0 dB typ insertion loss.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Oct 13, 2008 Designed to fit into standard size 12 cavities of MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, III, and IV connectors, Size 12 Expanded Beam Fiber Optic Contact provides fiber optic interconnection with minimal susceptibility to contamination. Contacts are rear release/rear removable with standard size 12 removal tools and fit various cable types with diameters from 1.6-2.2 mm. Insert arrangements for MIL-DTL-38999 include 13-2, 15-4, 17-6, 21-11, and 25-19.

Solderless Filter Connectors are RoHS-compliant.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Apr 01, 2008 Capable of providing low pass filtering and effective insertion loss without use of soldered components, Solderless Filter Connector series uses contact clip to make connection from signal/power contact to capacitor array. Grounding of capacitor to connector body (shell) is achieved via grounding spring, and filtered connectors meet electrical and filtering performance of soldered type filter connectors. Seal allows for water wash immersion of connector in unmated condition.

Coax Contacts deliver RF performance to 40 GHz.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Feb 25, 2008 Terminated to .086 dia flexible cables in multi-pin connector applications, High Frequency Coax Contacts are spring-loaded and engineered with float mount design for low VSWR at microwave frequencies. They offer RF performance up to 26.5 GHz for Size 8 and 40 GHz for Size 12 contacts, with respective VSWRs of 1.15:1 and 1.30:1 typ mated pair. Contacts fit size 8 and 12 cavities for MIL-DTL-38999, ARINC 404, ARINC 600 as well as size 8 cavities for MIL-DTL-24308 D-Sub connectors.
Contact suits single and multi-mode fiber applications.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Jan 30, 2008 With standard 1.25 mm ferrule and sleeve, Size 16 ARINC 801 fiber optic terminus is compatible with LC termination processes. Unit features return loss of -50 dB in single mode and insertion loss of .3 dB max for mated pair. In addition to general use design for tight jacketed cable, contact comes in pull-proof design in which cable jacket is crimped on external body and floating mechanism avoids any loss of performance when pulling on cable.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Nov 20, 2006 Designed for board-to-board data transfer applications exceeding 2 Gbps, Dura-Speed Quadrax and Dura-Speed Twinax contacts feature Hyperboloid® shaped basket of individual spring wires that provide up to 10,000 mating cycles. Also featuring immunity to shock and vibration, low insertion/extraction forces, and 360° wiping action, contacts are available for blind mate connector shell styles such as ARINC 404, ARINC 600, Rugged D-sub, and MIL-DTL-38999.
Filter Connectors feature integrated dual flange.

Filter Connectors feature integrated dual flange.

Sabritec    Irvine, CA 92614
Jan 09, 2006 Designed to ease final assembly, dual flange on Filter Connectors enables PCB or Flex Circuit to be soldered or fixed directly to PC Tail protruding from rear of connector. Wash slots machined in flange optimize soldered joints, allowing even heat transfer during soldering. Flange also acts as rigid and mechanically strong standoff for PCB, providing solid datum point internally, minimizing force experienced by rear PC tails.
