Hydraulic Cartridge Valves feature built-in position sensing.

Hydraulic Cartridge Valves feature built-in position sensing.

HydraForce, Inc.    Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Nov 01, 2011 Available in sizes from 10-16, Smart Hydraulic Cartridge Valves with built-in sensing option are capable of transmitting On or Off signal for position-sensing in hydraulic systems. Sensing option consists of coupling tube with common solenoid valve on one side and hydraulic valve assembly on other. Coupling tube has elongated plunger with Hall Effect sensor element that monitors and transmits appropriate voltage signal. Compatible with manual override, option uses industry standard cavity.
Pressure Bypass Compensator Valve delivers priority on demand.

Pressure Bypass Compensator Valve delivers priority on demand.

HydraForce, Inc.    Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Dec 16, 2010 Screw-in, cartridge-style HEC32-43 provides priority flow in required amount while allowing excess flow to be used for auxiliary functions. It is rated for flows to 140 gpm, as continuous pressures to 5,075 psi, and intermittent pressures to 6,090 psi. Used for steering and priority flow applications that require high flow, this pressure compensator with dynamic load sense is suited for applications such as large wheel loaders and dynamic steering systems.
Cartridge Valves support vehicle applications up to 5,000 psi.

HydraForce, Inc.    Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Sep 28, 2010 Incorporating modified standard cavity with bottom shoulder to support valve cage, H-Series HyPerformance(TM) Valves offer continuous operating pressures to 350 bar and intermittent pressures to 420 bar. Single-piece PPDI urethane seals eliminate need for backup rings, while IP69K-rated solenoid coils support continuous operation at ±15% of rated voltage. Valves conform to NFPA's T2.6.1 standard with assurance level of 99% and verification level of 90%.

HydraForce, Inc.    Lincolnshire, IL 60069
Mar 27, 2008 Designed for directional control and load-holding applications, SVCL and SPCL series valves offer operating pressure of 3,625 psi and holding pressure of 5,000 psi at port 1. They feature VC10-3 cavity with modified pre-drill and 5 drops per minute leakage. Rated flow for SVCL and SPCL is 15 gpm at 175 and 225 psi differential, respectively. SVCL valves use HydraForce D-Series and E-series coils with various connector options.
