As 85 V input, adjustable frequency, synchronous buck DC/DC LED controllers, TPS92640 and TPS92641 offer analog and PWM inputs for respective dimming ratios of 500:1 and 2,500:1. Model TPS92641 supports 20,000:1 ratio parallel shunt FET dimming.
