Jul 29, 2004 Interference Fit Construction Heated Parts offer alternative to milled grove or brazed assemblies for temperatures exceeding 450°C. With Finite Element Analysis or iterative prototyping, parts can achieve thermal transfer and temperature uniformity equaling ±1%. All joints can be welded to assure vacuum tight seal. Available in stainless steel, nickel, Inconel®, aluminum, copper, and bronze, heated parts can be customized into variety of shapes and sizes.

Jan 27, 2004 Microprocessor-based Series CV provides basic on/off control. Operator interface allows user to view or adjust application's desired set point temperature value while controller is operating in normal steady state. Operators depress Push-to-Set key while rotating Set Point Selection knob to desired set point value. Controllers come in square 1/8 DIN panel mount, DIN-rail mount, or open board configurations. They are UL® and C-UL® listed, and CE approved.

Variable options include SERIES CV and LV, which feature operator interface for viewing and selecting set points. Set point selection is made via continuous turn rotary encoder and is displayed on red, 4-character, 7-segment LED screen. Fixed options are SERIES CF and LF, which offer set points supplied without operator interface.
