Vibration Data Collector is intrinsically safe.

Vibration Data Collector is intrinsically safe.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Apr 02, 2004 Palm-sized Snapshot(TM) weighs 1.5 lb and is suitable for gathering condition monitoring data as part of Predictive Maintenance program. Instrument can be used in hazardous areas up to and including Zone 0 and Division 1. It collects full waveforms and spectral content for oscilloscope-like and spectrum analyzer capabilities. Single-channel instrument accepts 2 simultaneous input signals, one for dynamic vibration and one for phase or speed.
Sensor Network provides online condition monitoring.

Sensor Network provides online condition monitoring.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Feb 20, 2003 Trendmaster® Pro condition monitoring system links thousands of condition assessment sensors together via wired and wireless networks. Utilizing sensor-bus network and data acquisition modules, system delivers quasi-continuous monitoring, scanning each point several times per hour. Compatible with System 1â„¢ Plant Asset Management software, system supports vibration, temperature, seal leak, speed, pressure, flow, level, power, and various other sensors.

Software integrates with MAXIMO® software.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Feb 19, 2003 System 1â„¢ Plant Asset Management v4.0 features integrated interface to MAXIMO® from MROâ„¢ Software. It provides condition monitoring, document linking, Decision Support, and other mechanical and thermodynamic condition assessment tools. MAXIMO provides asset-related maintenance management, procurement and sourcing functionality vital to equipment lifecycle management. Bi-directional interface allows data, information, and transactions to be interchanged between systems.

Transducer System addresses DE measurement.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Feb 07, 2003 Suited for use with medium- and large-sized steam turbines used in power generation service, transducer system utilizes 25 mm proximity probe, extension cable, and Proximitor® sensor. Probe, available in various case styles and thread sizes, replaces existing 25 mm and 35 mm installations. System is compatible with existing Bently Nevada monitoring systems, using same power requirements and providing same output signal as previous DE transducer systems.
Seal-Leak Detector prevents fires and toxic emissions.

Seal-Leak Detector prevents fires and toxic emissions.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Jan 09, 2003 Through online monitoring and trending of critical seals, Seal-Leak Detection (SLD) system detects failures on process pumps in refineries and chemical plants. It directly measures pressure across seal’s face, allowing operators to detect pressure changes indicative of failing seals. SLD system is part of Trendmaster® PRO distributed condition monitoring system, which provides real-time mechanical condition dashboard for industrial equipment assets.

Balancing Software is available for portable data collector.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Oct 21, 2002 Used for balancing non-critical, balance-of-plant machinery running under single operating condition, Snapshotâ„¢ Balance allows users to correct unbalance problems in general-purpose machinery. Calculations are performed using derived and manually entered influence vectors and can be configured for 1 or 2-plane balancing. Software includes Balance Wizard, vector calculator, and printable reports (generated by connecting data collector to printer).

Software uses Pocket PCs for routine data logging.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Oct 21, 2002 Snapshotâ„¢ Clipboard software allows plant personnel and maintenance engineers to log meter and gauge readings, make inspections, and record free-hand notes. Data collected manually from predetermined routes is transferred into System 1â„¢ Plant Asset Management software, which provides permanent storage of all collected data and system configuration functions. Built-in alarm notification indicates if current data has exceeded pre-determined alarm level.
Software and Interface support reciprocating compressors.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Sep 17, 2002 Model 3500/22M Transient Data Interface (TDI) includes capabilities for capturing reciprocating compressor data and analyzing it in System 1â„¢ software. TDI's alarm capture capabilities provide waveform information before, during, and after events, making diagnosis of transient events possible. System 1 v3.0 includes support for rod position / rod drop measurement technology. Custom rules for automatically diagnosing reciprocating compressors can be written by user.

Software facilitates plant asset management.

Bently Nevada Corp.    Minden, NV 89423
Sep 17, 2002 System 1â„¢ Release 3.0 is a modular and scalable condition monitoring software platform. It provides single integrated tool for storing, accessing, and managing plant production assets with information, rather than simply data. Decision Support functionality extends ability to address any asset type, such as machines, boilers, transformers, piping, instruments, and valves.
