Nov 16, 2012 With TOP-FLO® VDCI MC PMO-C, two different liquids can cross over in complete safety, even during seat lifting operations. Valve features 3 identical O-rings, which avoid risk of confusion between spare parts during maintenance. Equipped with intermediate plug made from PEEK resistant plastic, valve eliminates need for additional seal. Compliance with 3A standard 85-02 allows pasteurized milk in one chamber while CIP solution is flowing into other chamber, without any risk of mixing.

OD air connections for poly tube. Stainless steel brackets and fasteners withstand external washdown environments, while dual stacked coil springs render reliable output torques to ensure valve closure. Visual indication is located on coupler for valve position confirmation.

Nov 10, 2011 Meeting 3A/FDA/USDA requirements, Top-Flo® 3-Way Ball Valves feature fully encapsulated PTFE cavity filler, locking vinyl handle, and and are available in sizes from ½-4 in. ISO-5211 direct mounting pad, standard on all valves, eliminates need for brackets and couplers. Suited for applications requiring tight shut off, valves maintain and regulate high-volume, high-pressure, and high-temperature flow. Tri-clamp ends are standard, but other ends are available.

Nov 10, 2011 Available in double acting and spring return models, Top-Flo® TA Series features ISO 5211 valve mounting dimensions and corrosion-resistant, hard anodized finish. In addition to dual travel stops, features include valve position indicator optimized for visibility. Various feedback switches and controls are also available. Along with standard operating temperature range of -20 to 175°F, actuators have max air line pressure rating of 150 psig.
