Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Apr 10, 2013 Intended for government agencies and metrology laboratories, Precise Time-Scale System establishes regional, national, and global timing references in one instrument rack, without need for various system components from multiple vendors. System delivers local coordinated universal time in time scale with frequency accuracy of ±1E-14 and time accuracy to 10 ns RMS to UTC. System comes with measurement hardware/software, real-time clock with variety of outputs, database server, and battery backup.

Portable Test Probe measures phase noise.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Dec 04, 2012 As part of base hardware kit, Symmetricom 3120A Test Probe measures phase noise and Allan Deviation. Additional software options are available to measure AM noise floor and signal statistics such as HDEV, TDEV, MDEV, and jitter. Options also enable probe to be used as frequency counter and for mask testing. Designed to take measurements and conduct analysis, software displays results in seconds without need for external data processing.

Network Management Software controls network clocks.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Sep 24, 2012 With end-to-end visibility, TimePictra® provides overall management, monitoring, and control of synchronization networks. Modular structure delivers fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security capabilities as basic functionality, plus Precision Time Protocol client monitoring as option. Able to be installed as virtualization instance on existing operator server, TimePictra can manage up to 2,000 master network elements and up to 50,000 PTP client elements.

Small Cell Synchronizers address residential, enterprise markets.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Jul 06, 2012 Respectively intended for residential and enterprise small cells, SCr and SCe SoftClocks allow small cell designers to execute single base design with options to integrate one or more synchronization protocol for deployment in varied network topologies. These embedded timing and synchronization solutions support multiple timing protocols - IEEE 1588 (PTP), network time protocol (NTP), softGPS - and leverage existing hardware resources in system design to support variety of backhaul types.

Atomic Oscillator, Source Modules suit GPS applications.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Apr 23, 2012 GPS Disciplined Oscillator (GPSDO) Modules and High-Frequency Source Modules provide time and frequency reference signals with same long-term accuracy as GPS signal. To maintain system synchronization during GPS reception outages, Quantum(TM) SA.45s Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) provides holdover for GPS-2700 and GPS-2750 versions. Options include standard and extended temperature ratings and 10 or 100 MHz OCXO-, DOCXO-, or CSAC-based design.

Clock Card improves high-speed trading system performance.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Apr 11, 2012 SyncPoint(TM) PCIe-1000 Precise Time Protocol (PTP) Clock Card for Linux synchronizes with SyncServer® S350 PTP Grandmaster so sub-microsecond accurate time can be delivered at one or many trading venues worldwide. High-speed trading systems can then use this clock to time stamp market data, synchronize network monitoring systems, and synchronize time on trading servers. Time is delivered to Linux program with accuracy better than 600 nsec.

Ethernet/LTE Master Clock offers multi-sync capability.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Jan 20, 2012 As carrier-grade IEEE 1588-2008 Grandmaster Clock, TimeProvider® 5000 handles frequency and phase requirements of Next Gen networks. Carrier-grade Network Time Protocol (NTP), Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE), and T1/E1 support supplement Precision Time Protocol (PTP) synchronization platform, ensuring service providers have necessary timing protocols for 4G/LTE services. Solution supports up to 10 expansion shelves with TimeProvider® 5000 Grandmaster and up to 1,000 PTP clients.

NTP Synchronization Server supports femtocell deployments.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Jan 20, 2012 With capacity up to 120,000 transactions/sec, carrier-grade TimeProvider® 5000 supports packet-based services such as IPTV and femtocells. Modular unit operates as Stratum 1 level server, and when locked to GPS input signal, hardware time stamping engine and packet processing assure accuracy. Featuring 1 RU footprint, RoHS-compliant server has built-in power, clock, and output redundancy to assure network up-time and quality of service.

Rubidium Atomic Clock is optimized for 4G/LTE mobile equipment.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
Nov 08, 2011 Suited for 4G/LTE mobile network equipment, SA.32m protects against service disruption that could occur during temporary loss of GPS signal or when network-based sync signal is not available. Product specifically enables base station designs for holdover of ±1.5 µsec for up to 24 hr, enabling networks to remain synchronized even if primary synchronization sources are unavailable. Supplied in 2 x 2 x 0.7 in. package, clock delivers stability to 100 second Allan Variance of 1E-11.

Multi-Sync Software Clock meets 4G/LTE requirements.

Symmetricom, Inc.    San Jose, CA 95131
