Apr 24, 2013 IP67-rated, 2/25 x 1/18 in. CAP-100 Series senses liquid level through walls of various bottle types – plastic, glass, fiberglass – with wall thicknesses to 0.39 in. Monitoring level from outside sealed container, this non-contact, non-intrusive series supports aqueous or non-aqueous liquid detection with choice of Wet- or Dry-Sink switch actuation. Sensors suit medical applications, such as waste, reagent, buffer, or diluent as well as dark, sticky, or viscous fluids.

Intrinsically Safe Pressure Transmitters meet CSA demands.

Gems Sensors Inc.    Plainville, CT 06062
Feb 22, 2013 Approved by CSA for hazardous areas, 31CS and 32CS Series feature Sputtered Thin Film sensing technology, 17-4 PH stainless steel wetted parts, and ASIC-controlled thermal compensation and signal conditioning. Models are identical, except 32CS transmitters feature thicker diaphragm and pressure restrictor to withstand cavitation or extreme pressure spikes. With 0.2% full scale/year drift and 0.25% FS accuracy, transmitters are suited for wellhead automation, gas distribution, and gas compressors.

Jul 11, 2011 With resolution of ±1 mm independent of pressure, temperature, and density, CT-1000 sensors provide continuous level gauging for filling of tanks or continuous separating layer coverage in electrically conductive liquids. Measuring times is in millisecond range, and construction is of stainless steel. Suitable for 8 in. to 19.7 ft long tanks, sensors are available with 4-20 mA output or Hart protocol and come in versions that can handle temperatures to 390°F and pressures to 2,175 psi.

Magnetostrictive Level Sensors provide continuous measurement.

Gems Sensors Inc.    Plainville, CT 06062
Jun 13, 2011 Available in lengths from 8 in. to over 13 ft, XT-1000 Series measures liquid media levels using complete probe length and is largely unaffected by temperature. Stainless steel units offer constant sensing of fluid level regardless of physical state of media, including bubbles, foam, condensation, precipitation, pressure, temperature, or changes in density. Compatible with variety of tank dimensions, 4-20 mA sensors are also available in explosion-proof version.
Fluid Flow Sensors provide visual indication.

Jul 14, 2010 Delivering 4.5-24 Vdc pulsed output that is proportional to rate of flow and can be integrated into most digital logic units, RotorFlow Series RFO uses paddlewheel to provide at-a-glance verification that fluids are moving. Units are offered in ¼-1 in. ports sizes and monitor fluids from 0.1-60 gpm with typical accuracy within ±7%. Brass and stainless steel models feature operating pressures to 200 psig at 70°F, while polypropylene versions operate to 100 psig.

Dec 30, 2009 Available in aqueous and non-aqueous versions, CAP-100 and CAP-200 Series offer level sensing for variety of bottle types, including plastic, glass, and fiberglass. Non-contact CAP-100 Series mounts to exterior of non-metallic tanks and bottles with wall thicknesses up to 5.8 in., while CAP-200 Series mounts via threaded ½ in. NPT boss in metallic or plastic vessels. Both are suited for medical applications such as waste, reagent, or diluent liquids as well as dark, sticky, or viscous fluids.

Isolation Solenoid Valves feature inert body and diaphragm.

Gems Sensors Inc.    Plainville, CT 06062
Nov 03, 2009 Constructed from chemically inert materials such as PTFE, ETFE, EPDM, FKM, FFKM, PEEK, PPS, and PSU, K Series is suited for applications requiring chemical resistance and/or sample purity. Modular, direct-acting, round-bodied solenoid valves include KS Series 2-way valves with MOPD of 20 psig; KM/KL Series 2-way and 3-way directional valves with MOPDs of 30 psig; and KV/KW Series 2-way and 3-way directional models with MOPDs as high as 209 psig.
