Mar 01, 2013 Providing water-barrier coating with anti-fogging characteristics, Bomar™ XR-9416 contains no water but is infinitely dilutable. Uncured 100%-solids material has viscosity of 7,000 cP at 25°C and is suited for wood coatings. When water penetrates wood, wood swells at surface and optimizes adhesion of coating without need for separate primer step, resulting in tack-free, tough, flexible coatings with water, chemical, and stain resistance.
