May 27, 2011 Capable of removing mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel slag, TruTool TSC 100 can be used on flatbed laser machines with output up to 7 kW. Dual toothed cleaning tools, running in parallel, remove slag from sides of slats as well as spaces between and right up to pallet frame. Supporting use by one person to clean 5 x 10 ft pallet in ~30 min, system can be used during production and is able to clean any specific area and then be removed for selective operation.

Dec 11, 2009 Combining punching, laser cutting, and laser welding in one system, TruMatic 3000 Fiber shares fiber-guided TruDisk laser with TruLaser Robot 5020 cell in TRUMPF LaserNetwork. TruDisk 3001 provides 3 kW of laser power and can switch from one application to another in milliseconds. When combination machine is performing punching operations and laser is not required, its energy is available to robot cell, and when cell is being prepared or adjusted, it relinquishes laser to TruMatic 3000.

With outer circle up to 120 mm in die, tools offer multiple sheet metal forming options. There are also Size 5 tools designed especially for active die option, which allows for scratch-free processing because they can be automatically retracted and do not touch metal sheet during positioning.

Dec 10, 2009 Featuring 500 mm long Z-axis travel to accommodate components of various sizes, TruMark Station 5000 can be equipped with two 300 mm long linear axes as well as one rotating axis. Linear axes have integrated motor driver that facilitates retrofit, if necessary, and can be correctly positioned by pressing one button. While designed ergonomically, product offers X/Y travel speed of 6.0 m/min and Z travel speed of 1.5 m/min. Also, suction unit compensates for emissions during operation.

LiftMaster Compact, with table size of 3,000 x 1,500 mm, loads and unloads sheets in thicknesses up to 20 mm, while TruStore 303 offers modular storage system with diverse options. Self-contained automation solution provides double sheet detection and optional thin sheet separation with air blast that ensures only one blank sheet is fed at a time.

Sep 22, 2009 Requiring half floor space of typical 5 x 10 ft machine, TruLaser 1030 combines rugged drive system and machine construction with TruCoax 2 kW diffusion cooled RF laser resonator. It ships as one complete package, and installation does not require any special foundation requirements. Along with 3-axis flying optics, features include 120 in. X-axis working range, 60 in. Y-axis, and max simultaneous XY speed of 3,340 ipm. Machine will cut max thickness of 5/8 in. mild steel.

Sep 22, 2009 Along with active die option that eliminates scratches during processing, TruPunch 5000 features moveable die that allows total distance between table and punch to be used for forming. Active forming stroke from below sheet increases flexibility by enabling use of larger tools, and marking from underneath is also possible. Operating with up to 1,400 strokes/min, machine processes sheets up to 0.3 in. thick, has 4,600 ipm max simultaneous xy speed, and offers 25 tons of punching force.

Suction unit enables marking processes with strong materials removal. It is able to process tubes up to 30 ft long and can handle maximum weight of 496 lb. System has 0.6-10 in. clamping range and is available with up to 3.6 kW of laser power. FocusLine functionality automatically adapts laser focal position to material type and thickness.

May 21, 2009 Designed for parts no larger than 12 x 12 in., ergonomically designed, compact TruBend Series 7000 is suited for sheet metal parts used in production of vending machines and electrical equipment as well as in telecom and aerospace industries. Bending speed can be increased by adjusting back gauge and beam, while gas spring supported pedals enable height and foot rest angle adjustment. Back gauge is made with lightweight carbon fiber with hardened steel contact surfaces on fingers.
